Literally nonprofit 826 National (826national.org) graciously agreed to take part in our Motion Design Makeover on Adobe Live. We take existing brand assets, and set them in motion.

826 National came with excellent logos, and a robust brand guide. They had the perfect ground work to animate their logo in keeping with their brand voice: joyful, strong, optimistic and a little bit weird. I was also able to draw some inspiration from their core values, and how they show those visually.

To preserve the versatility of the logo, we worked up versions in only black and white, using After Effects Tint, matte, and invert effects to create permutations based on only two core comps. Working this way turns 2 logos into 10 in about 1 minute.
